Pluto Digital

London-based incubator NFT investments, which handles and specializes in the market for NFTs has entered a non-binding letter of intent for the purposes of acquiring Pluto Digital PLC for a total of £96 million ($127.5M USD).

The company will acquire 100% of the issued capital of Pluto Digital PLC through the issue of 2.4 billion new ordinary shares in the NFT Investments at 4 pence per new share.

The company said that the acquisition shall create a new, important global metaverse company and will only aid in the further advancement of the NFTs sector, as Pluto Ventures Division has in fact invested rather heavily in NFTs and NFT gaming.

Executive Chairman of NFT investments, Jonathan Bixby, shared his thoughts on the matter, commenting that the company was “very excited about the prospects of Pluto and NFT merging to create a large global metaverse company.”

“This is a transformational deal that will provide us with the scale to expand and diversify our investment portfolio in a rapidly growing sector and thereby create long term value for shareholders,” he also stated.

NFT investments own a total of 20% stake of NFT studios, which, in addition to the high-flying Hollywood executive producer named Niels Juul, has ended up creating “A Wing and A Prayer” which will serve as the 1st feature film in Hollywood that’s backed up by funding entirely consisting of NFTs.

Pluto Digital’s acquisition by NFT Investments may well be the largest acquisition since its IPO way back in April 2021.

Pluto invests, incubates and advertises digital asset projects which are based on decentralized technologies, and DeFi. They also dabble in networks like Ethereum and Polkadot, as well.
